Awesome Hotel Close to Everything!

I sure enjoyed breakfast a lot. There was so much yummy food, something for everyone even! I loved the variety. The location is great. It is near the Haram. The staff are very nice and quick to help. I was impressed.

The breakfast buffet includes many options, from Arabic dishes to European pastries and fresh fruit. It gives many choices. Staff quickly refills items, so there were no empty trays. The restaurant also has big windows that provide street views.

the location was immaculate, very close to the haram. the breakfast was also amazing, with a variety of food. it definitely set me up for the rest of the day with high energy!!!
the reception staff service was okay, not lovely. the bed sheets were below average for a five star hotel. i expect a more superior quality.

The executive lounge provided a calm atmosphere with amazing views of the holy mosque. mr mahmudur rahman provided really good service. His warm smile. all the staff worked hard making the experience nice.
the entry door touched the closet door upon entering, a slight inconvenience. i noticed mold in the sink, requiring better housekeeping quality checks. the standing lamp was broken, needing maintenance.

the staff was always ready to assist with a warm smile and promptness, ensuring all needs were met efficiently. miss dima and miss fatima provided great assistance during check-in and check-out. lagged handler mr mohammed ali was amazing.

The breakfast offered a yummy spread with caring staff always available. The service was amazing. the executive lounge food was fresh and consistently of high quality from breakfast to evening refreshments. the food was AMAZING!!!
